Sparky (left) Rescue (right) are both friends. Sparky had gotten his name by Ty, the company that makes Beanie Babies and the same thing goes for Rescue. Sparky was released in the '90s while Rescue was released on the market in 2001 in response to the September 11th attacks to honor those who perished on that infamous day. And there is also a fire safety PSA Dalmatian named Sparky too.
