Ernie's Little Lie

This is one of four animated 'Sesame Street' story videos in a "Sesame Street" series that doesn't get talked about a lot titled 'Start To Read' which featured Carroll Spinney as Big Bird (who narrates every story and is the voice of Oscar The Grouch and Big Bird on TV) tell the viewer the stories. The stories featured on this tape are: "Ernie's Little Lie", "It's Not Fair!", and "Why Are You So Mean To Me?" The stories on here were in books of the same name as well as cassette tapes and old LP records. These came out in the early 1980s (this one was released in '83) and were released on VHS in the early '90s. This one came out in 1991 (year I was born) while the others were released in 1987. The other video, book, LP, and cassettes in the Start To Read adventures were: "I Want To Go Home And Other Stories" (1987) "Don't Cry, Big Bird And Other Stories" (1991), and "Ernie's Big Mess And Other Stories" (1987) If you have fond memories of watching old school non-televised "Sesame Street" stories in books, videos or listen-to cassette tapes, you're in for a treat!
